In addition, the Medalist Club has reserved a block of rooms at the Athens Holiday Inn Express in Athens, Georgia for the 2008 NCAA Women's Gymnastics National Championships. Alabama-Auburn dual meet - Auburn (January 18th)

To date, we have scheduled one bus trip for 2008, to Auburn on Friday, January 18th. The bus will leave for Auburn from the McFarland Mall west parking lot at 12:00 noon and return immediately following the meet. (Due to changes in parking regulations, we will no longer leave from the Coleman Coliseum parking lot.) There will be interim stops to pick up and drop off passengers at the I-59/20, exit 104 Flying J and also at the Hwy 119 exit of I-65. The group will stop at Country's Bar B Q in Auburn for dinner before the meet. The cost of the bus trip will be $25.00 per person. 2008 NCAA Women's Gymnastics National Championships - Athens, Georgia (April 24th through 26th, 2008)

The 2008 NCAA Women's Gymnastics National Championships will be held April 24-26, 2008, on the campus of the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia . We have been presented with an opportunity to block several king bed and two double bed rooms at a hotel close by the University of Georgia campus, the Athens Holiday Inn Express (513 W. Broad St, Athens, GA 30603, www.hi-athens.com/hie_index.htm). All rooms in the block are non-smoking and a rate of $89.00 per night will be available for the 'Alabama Gym Boosters' group for the nights of Wednesday, April 23rd though Saturday, April 26th. This rate includes free high-speed internet, free parking, and a free continental breakfast each morning. (See full list of features below.)

You may reserve your room by calling 1-706-546-8122 or 1-800-holiday (1-800-465-4329) and asking for the "Alabama Gym Boosters" block. The cut-off date is April 3, 2008.

There is both an individual and a group cancellation policy in force for this opportunity. If you choose to cancel your rooms, you must do so no later than 6:00p.m.(Eastern) on the day of arrival. Otherwise, one night's lodging and tax will be charged to your credit card. If the entire group cancels after April 3rd, and the rooms cannot be re-sold, one night's lodging and tax may be charged to your credit card.
